Why are my emails not sent when I ”run” a campaign?
There can be several reasons to, why your emails are not being sent. The most common reasons: 
  • 1. No list attached: You need to attach your list to the email in the campaign. 
    2. Empty list: The list is empty since no "prospects" has been added to the list. 
    3. No email address on prospects or email address in the wrong field:
     When you upload a prospect, you must ensure that the field of the email address I called "EmailAddress1". If the field is named “email", "email address" or anything else that "EmailAddress1", ZOOMIO Campaigner will automatically think that there is not an email address on the prospects (and will place the email address in a "costum field").
    4. "To:"-field in an email: If an email address is placed in the "To:"-field in the email details, all emails will be sent to that single email address.  

Why can´t I add a "lead definition"-criteria
It is probably because you need to place the cursor in the criteria box. Click on the box before you click on "Add Criteria".
When I browse to a specific picture or a file and click upload – nothing happens. Why?
If the file is too big, it will take a long time before the file is uploaded. You can try to resize the picture/file and then try again.

I have a list with e.g. 20 prospects but when I send the email, the report only shows it has been sent to 15 people under email sent. Why is that the case?
There can be several reasons to the scenario where the numbers of email sent is not corresponding to the number of recipients. The most common reasons are the following:

1) Invalid email address in one of the prospects (missing @, space in the email address, period at the end of the email address etc.).  Examples of invalid email addresses: 
 
  • mkirsbo.zoomio.com (period instead of @)
  • mkirsbo@ zoomio.com (space after @)
  • mkirsbo@zoomio.com. (period . after email address)
2) There is no email address registered on the prospect. 

Finally the problem can also be caused by a technical error. If you think that your prospect data is correct we advise you to send your account username and password to support@zoomio.com along with the name of you campaign. That way we can make a more thorough search on the causes of the problem.

What is the ideal size for an HTML-email?
In general we advise customers to have a maximum width of 700 pixels. This size makes it possible for the most recipients to view the email without having to scroll.
When I upload a JPG-picture, I only see a red cross. Why?
There is a big possibility that the JPG-file has been saved with CMYK colors. In Internet Explorer the JPG-files must be saved in RGB colors – otherwise they cannot be shown correctly. You can change the colors in e.g. Adobe Photoshop or Corel PaintShop Pro.
I am looking for some statistics on my campaigns and would like to know what vcle_count and vcle_percent means?
vcle_count shows how many people have done a specific action (open, click etc.) vcle_percent show that number in percentage.
