ZOOMIO Easy Campaigner is not a standalone product, but a user-friendly integrated part of the ZOOMIO Campaigner platform.
The objective of ZOOMIO Easy Campaigner is relatively simple: to give users a very easy and accessible way into the system’s user interface, so that both beginners and experienced marketing personnel can quickly and easily get started using ZOOMIO Campaigner to manage campaigns. This allows you to focus on the quality of the content and communication without worrying about the technology.
Build your campaigns step by step
Two important functions make ZOOMIO Easy Campaigner a valuable, user-friendly introduction to e-mailmarketing:
- A step-by-step campaign guide constantly indicates the user’s next step when creating both simple and advanced campaigns.
- E-mail templates are displayed in a user-friendly “drag and drop” editor featuring visual control buttons.
ZOOMIO Easy Campaigner gives you the opportunity to build a campaign based on a range of predefined campaign workflows. Once you have selected the workflow that you want to use, the system indicates the steps that you should follow in order to create, test and distribute the campaign.

Standard and adapted e-mail templates
Zoomio Easy Campaigner includes an edit menu which offers a fast, easy way of setting up and creating sophisticated HTML e-mail campaigns using templates. You can also create your own templates or use other Zoomio Campaigner templates.
Zoomio Easy Campaigner templates include:
1. Placeholders – create the overall structure by inserting placeholders in the layout. You can then insert other blocks of content.
2. Content blocks – in which you can insert text or images into your e-mail campaigns. Content blocks typically contain generic content that you can replace with your required text or images.
3, Placeholder control buttons – giving you various editing options. For example, a placeholder can be defined as exclusively containing selected content blocks (e.g. predefined text or images) with or without the option of editing.
Get new prospects or leads with automated e-mail
To get the system to bring up new prospects or leads with e-marketing, you can create a campaign workflow containing a notification e-mail, i.e. an e-mail that automatically notifies you about a specific action.
By using this campaign workflow, you are notified instantly when the recipient fills out their details on a microsite and approves this. In this way, for example, the sales department has an opportunity to react immediately if the recipient requests a meeting, wants to be contacted or signs up for an appointment.
