Open, module-based system
We have chosen to open up ZOOMIO Campaigner to our customers by using fully accessible web services. ZOOMIO Campaigner offer many options for integration with other systems via our module-based, open internet service standards.
Easy to integrate with other systems
This means that you can integrate web services that have been developed by your company, other operators or ZOOMIO, with ZOOMIO Campaigner. With over 600 standard operations, ZOOMIO Campaigner can be completely personalised, so that retrieve data and launch campaigns without using the ZOOMIO Campaigner interface at all. In other words, the system is both standardised and particularly open to integration with other systems.
About the system and integration:
• ZOOMIO is a Microsoft GOLD Certified Partner. This means that ZOOMIO is a Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV), and that our products are developed within a defined partnership with Microsoft.
• ZOOMIO Campaigner is based on the .NET framework, which is a strictly module-based methodology that is often used for web-based programs.
Examples of integration with other systems:
• A retail chain may track conversions from e-mail campaigns in their own webshop. Similarly the ZOOMIO Campaigner Cockpit allows you to track how many people have clicked from an e-mail through to a specific item in the webshop, and how many have ordered the product.
• An oil company might let its central customer database decide when individuals should automatically receive a personalised “remember to buy...” e-mail/SMS based on changes in the person’s central data.
• A software company might book appointments directly into a sales employee’s Outlook calendar, based on the respondent’s responses during a telephone call via ZOOMIO Campaigner.
