Just as you can send personalised e-mails to your customers via ZOOMIO Campaigner, you can also send personalised mobile text notifications to existing and potential customers. Like the other campaign modules within ZOOMIO Campaigner, these SMS notifications can be incorporated into automated processes.
Automated SMS notifications
The Mobile medium can be effectively combined with other trackable campaign methods in ZOOMIO Campaigner. For example, if you send an e-mail to customers about a new product in which the prospect has an opportunity to request a meeting with sales personnel, ZOOMIO Campaigner can ensure that when the prospect receiving the e-mail signs up, an automated SMS is sent to the salesperson containing the customer’s information, so that he/she can contact the customer in order to agree a time to meet. This can be extremely useful if the salesperson is on the road more often than in the office.
The Mobile module can be activated in ZOOMIO Campaigner as an add-on subscription.
