Zoomio and Venda make webshop dreams come true

The British e-commerce company Venda Ltd. has decided to embark upon a new and exciting venture with the Danish Software Company Zoomio A/S.
Venda Ltd - the crème de la crème of webshop providers - is going to launch a brand new system called Venda SME that will make the handling and processing of webshops as simple as pie.The British company needed a campaign system aimed at the small to mid-market webshop proprietors and found the Zoomio Campaigner platform ideal. The campaign system enables webshops to execute personalized online e-mail campaigns through automated and integrated processes, ensuring an improved return on investment.
Per John Jensen, CEO at Zoomio is very excited about the alliance with Venda Ltd and is delighted that they have chosen Zoomio A/S among many other potential collaborators. Through automated processes Venda SME can notify the webshop owner about customer behavior and track how often the customer visits the webshop. Additionally the webshop can see when and which items each individual is interested in. The solution thereby allows the webshop owner to contact customers through different channels, such as personalized follow-up e-mails, a phone call from telemarketing and/or text messages.
Knowing what the customers want will make them feel valued and almost certainly wanting to revisit the webshop.
Furthermore Venda SME facilitates easy access list uploading and automatic segmentation of customers. This means that webshops, whether big or small, never again have to spend valuable time sectionalizing customers and manually creating lists.
